SAN CLEMENTE: On May 29th the Hawaiian
Surf Club is having their annual Lu’au in San

island arts, food, music and dance. I’ll
have a booth, so stop by & say hi! Details
are at

CARLSBAD: Vinaka Café in the Carlsbad
Village Square will be the locale for a photo
exhibition of images from the new book. We’re
working on an opening reception, which should
take place on Memorial Day, Monday May 31st, 6 –
9 pm. Vinaka is a great island-theme
independent coffee house & the tattoo images
there should be just stunning! We hope to have
several brief music & dance performances from
Polynesian friends in the area. It should really
be a fun event! It’s the first exhibition
of prints from the new book. Come help make it a
success!
